其實(shí)這個(gè)問(wèn)題的核心內(nèi)容是，以下三種方式，哪一種是較好的能夠維持健康的方式，它雖然要求你說(shuō)是較好的，也就是說(shuō)你要講出你所選的這種方式能夠帶來(lái)的好處是其它兩類(lèi)不能帶來(lái)的。清楚這一點(diǎn)后，需要緊扣中心，給出理由，如果隨隨便便找出一兩個(gè)來(lái)，首先自己這一關(guān)就過(guò)不去，很難再后續(xù)中表現(xiàn)出流利的口語(yǔ)表達(dá)來(lái)。

其實(shí)清楚了這道題的思路后，大家會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)getting enough sleep是比較好說(shuō)的，因?yàn)槿绻麤](méi)有g(shù)ood sleep, 很難去進(jìn)行鍛煉或者擁有良好的飲食習(xí)慣。選擇了sleep后，我們就開(kāi)始羅列理由了。第一，Enough sleep can bring enough vitality or energy we need for a day. 第二，Enoughsleep can reduce percentage of heart disease or high blood pressure. 羅列兩點(diǎn)就可以了，然后針對(duì)其中一點(diǎn)舉例，進(jìn)行充分說(shuō)明。譬如第一條理由，可以舉例自己曾經(jīng)熬夜奮斗考試，結(jié)果考試時(shí)候睡著了，得不償失等等。

在口語(yǔ)里面犯這類(lèi)錯(cuò)誤的同學(xué)不占少數(shù)，甚至很多考過(guò)很多次的處于瓶頸期的老考生們也會(huì)在作答中犯這樣的錯(cuò)誤。其實(shí)大家把自己說(shuō)的話(huà)整理成文字形式也就不難發(fā)現(xiàn)這里面的指代不明的問(wèn)題。兩個(gè)句子里面的it用的都是不正確的。第一句應(yīng)該是‘Ican make friends’而第二句應(yīng)該是‘thepizza is delicious’.所以在這里建議無(wú)論是基礎(chǔ)一般的同學(xué)還是處在瓶頸期的同學(xué)，在練獨(dú)立口語(yǔ)前先把你要說(shuō)的話(huà)打出來(lái)，這樣方便你及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的問(wèn)題并改正。
